If you are running late, please give us a heads up and know that your appointment will still end at the same scheduled time. You are given a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes, we reserve the right to charge your card on file according to our cancelation policy.
Cancelling or rescheduling with LESS than 48 hours notice results in the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
Cancelling or rescheduling with MORE than 48 hours notice, the deposit CAN be used toward the cost of the newly rescheduled appointment.
If late cancelations or not showing up to your appointment without notice happens more than once, Aishah's Esthetics reserves the right to no longer accept your appointments.
We understand that life is unpredictable and value your time. Please reach out as early as possible if you have unexpected circumstances that require rescheduling your appointment.
To ensure all clients receive dedicated time and exceptional service, and to protect our business from loss of revenue due to no-shows or late cancellations, Aishah's Esthetics requires a deposit for all service bookings. A 15% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is not an additional fee; it will be applied directly to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. For example, if your service costs $100, you will pay a $15 deposit now, and $85 at the time of your appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual. The deposit is held specifically to secure the time slot for the original service and client.
